Named like that for its fertile land and pleasant climate, here are the districts of Pisac and Ollantaytambo, these two towns were very important at Inca’s times and are the most visited places by tourists for its important and impressive archaeological sites, where you can see various constructions that fulfilled different functions at ancient times, besides agricultural terraces until today used by the farmers in the valley and colorful craft markets where you can appreciate traditional textiles, objects made of ceramics, silverware, etc.
